Wouldn’t it be cool if your drive was the best part of your day, everyday?  What if you could know you’re free and clear before you change lanes, or getting an adrenaline rush from taking an on-ramp?  What if the design of your seat made long trips enjoyable, and your customized radio station came along for  the ride?  It is now all possible with the new 2014 Nissan Altima, it will change the way you drive forever.  The 2014 Altima has deep creases and dramatic lines that started on a designers sketchpad.  Then, it took an innovative metal stamping process to bring them to life.  Building something average probably would have been easier, but on any average day, isn’t it nice to have something that takes your breath away?

The 2014 Nissan Altima sedan is available in seven trim  levels: 2.5, 2.5 S, 3.5 S, 2.5 SV, 3.5 SV, 2.5 SL and 3.5 SL. The number denotes  the selected engine (2.5-liter inline-4 or 3.5-liter V6).  The base 2.5 Altima sedan comes standard with 16-inch steel  wheels, full power accessories, keyless ignition/entry, a height-adjustable driver seat, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, and a four-speaker sound  system with a CD player.  The 2.5 S gets you automatic headlights, cruise control, a six-way power driver seat, more advanced functionality for the gauge-cluster LCD screen and a six-speaker sound system. The Sport Value package adds 16-inch alloy wheels, remote ignition and a trunk lid spoiler. The  Display Audio package tacks on a 5.0-inch touchscreen display, a rearview  camera, a USB port, satellite radio and smartphone app integration.  The V6-engined 3.5 S comes with all of those features (including  the Display Audio package) plus 18-inch alloy wheels and steering-wheel-mounted  paddle shifters.  Upgrading to the SV trim nets 17-inch alloy wheels (2.5),  dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, the  contents of the Display Audio package and remote ignition. The Convenience  package (optional on 2.5 SV) adds a sunroof, foglamps, rear air-conditioning  vents and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.  The top-shelf Altima SL adds xenon headlights (3.5), LED  taillights, the sunroof (3.5), leather upholstery, an eight-way power driver  seat (with power lumbar adjustment), heated front seats, a heated steering  wheel and a nine-speaker premium Bose sound system with an auxiliary audio  jack. The Moonroof package adds a sunroof separately for the 2.5.  The Technology package for SV and SL models includes a 7-inch  touchscreen, voice controls, a navigation system and electronic safety features  such as blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts and a lane-departure warning system.  Turn brand new into all you.

Whether your on a cross the country road trip or the daily commute, sitting in a car for too long can be fatiguing.  To help you out, Nissan engineers looked to the cosmos where astronauts float weightlessly in zero-gravity conditions.  In the weightlessness of space, humans tend to take a relaxed posture that minimizes stress on the body.  To help this neutral posture when you’re behind the wheel, they have designed an articulated front seat that offers continuous support from the pelvis to the chest.  Also, seat cushions that flex in response to your unique pressure points.  Say hello to zero-gravity seats in the new 2014 Nissan Altima.  The result is a seat that is amazingly comfortable and helps reduce fatigue, no spacesuit required!  Altima’s available remote engine start system lets you warm up or down the cabin from up to 195 feet away!  Now, when you open the door, it’s as if it was expecting you.  With details like available Dual Zone Automatic Temperature control, and heated front seats and steering wheel, Altima’s interior will make you want to stay.  Just press the push button ignition and you are on your way!

Nissan Connect is smart technology that keeps your world within reach.  With Nissan Connect apps your Altima becomes your smartphones best friend.  It all works seamlessly together through Altima’s audio system.  It keeps getting better and better, the app alerts you with updates to the latest version and the basic app package is FREE for 3 years!  Imagine the choices you have with Pandora, iheartradio, slacker and more, all at your fingertips.  You are wired to the world with the Nissan Connect app.  Altima lets you safely keep track of Twitter, Facebook, and more.  Thanks to the navigation system and Nissan Connects compatibility with location based services including online search powered by Google, getting around has never been easier.  The display serves up information right in front of you helping to minimize time looking away.  Plus, the 3-D depth and tilt design helps you take it all in quicker.

What if your daily drive got an adrenaline boost?  Altimas V6 engine not only gives you incredible acceleration, but its Xtronic CVT features three modes for a more customized driving experience, including paddle shifters.   The 2014 Nissan Altima 2.5 sedan comes with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine  that generates 182 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque. A CVT sends power to the front wheels.  Altima is one of the quickest four-cylinder family sedans. EPA-estimated fuel economy is 31 mpg combined (27 mpg city/38 mpg highway), an outstanding rating for a midsize sedan.  Altima 3.5 models have a 3.5-liter V6 good for 270 hp and  251 lb-ft of torque. The CVT is again standard. Fuel economy is strong for a V6 at 25 mpg combined (22  mpg city/31 mpg highway).  The 2014 Altima 2.5 wears the PUREDRIVE badge, meaning it meets or exceeds the industry average US federal CAFE standards for model-year 2016.  This initiative is just one aspect of Nissans commitment to developing more environmentally friendly transportation for all of us.

Wouldn’t it be cool if your car could put a smile on your face, confidence in your hands and goosebumps all over?  Check out the new 2014 Nissan Altima sedan and you will have a valid reason to keep bragging!
